Who are we? We want our next generation of kids to excel in their given talents. We care about our kids. We want our kids to understand the world around them as they interact with people each day. We provide a healthy dose of daily news and information for your kids. So, who are we? NewzMash of course! We are all of the above and more. Most importantly, we are a passionate group of individuals and parents preparing our children for the world we live in!
We want to change that! Even if your children read only one article on NewzMash each day, the information they have read will allow them to better understand and form opinions about the world in which they live. Why create a site, when there are already so many outlets for news and information? Where can I, as a parent, provide my children with current and relevant headline news and information from a safe and age appropriate site? • The internet? Yes, but do we really want our children surfing the internet without our supervision. Too many news sites provide headline news we consider to be age inappropriate. • Television and print media? Yes, but again we may be exposing our children to age inappropriate news and information content. • From school? Yes, but do we rely on teachers to provide relevant and insightful current events to our children everyday? Probably not. Generally, at this age, the school curriculum does not allocate specific time and resources for current event topics. We at NewzMash recognize that Pre-teens and Teenagers need a safe and secure destination to read current headline news and information, which is age appropriate, informative and relevant to today’s world. We want to provide this to your children, with topics ranging from global news events to the latest green initiatives. Our Commitment to You: • We will provide your kids with age appropriate content. • We will provide relevant headline news and information. • We will inform and educate your children. • We will provide a lively and entertaining site. HAVE YOU BEEN MASHED TODAY?
