It's summer again, and Mitchie can't wait to return to Camp Rock. She's especially looking forward to reuniting with her crush, Shane (Joe Jonas), who has been touring with his band. But Mitchie's plans for quality time with Shane are interrupted when they learn about Camp Star, a rival camp that has opened across the lake.

Nothing But the Tooth: 'Piranha' Facts Print

Here's a surprise: "Piranha 3D," the over-the-top horror flick about killer fish who take particular joy in munching on college students on spring break, isn't entirely based in fact.

But, still, there has to be some truth beneath the gore. 'Cause, you know, piranhas are deadly, right? And they have been known to attack people, right? Riiiight?

In the interest of preserving the peace around beaches, below are some "Piranha 3D" facts.

There are no piranhas in Lake Havasu

The film takes place in the fictional Lake Victoria, but was filmed in and around Lake Havasu, a popular spot for spring break. According to a buzzy blog from the Los Angeles Times, some locals who rely on tourism are getting a bit nervous that tourists will steer clear of Lake Havasu. Some concerned tourists have asked whether or not there are really any piranhas in the lake. Fear not, travelers! You're far more likely to see tipsy boaters than flesh-eating fish.

Demi Lovato Turns 18, Buys House for Her Family Print
Instead of receiving gifts for her 18th birthday, Disney star Demi Lovato gave a huge present to her family: a new house.

"I just bought a house," Lovato told People. "For me to give [that] to my family on my birthday, that was the best present."

Lovato said she purchased a Mediterranean style home outside of Los Angeles. She plans to keep close to her family by living in a house on the property's backyard.

"It's got pretty much everything you could possibly imagine in it," she said. "It's the most beautiful, homey-feeling house. I love it."

The teen star also opened up about her very public breakup from 21-year-old Joe Jonas, with whom she co-stars in Disney's Camp Rock 2.

"I learned my lesson," said. "It's not very much fun when you break up in a public relationship. So, maybe next time keep a secret. ...I'll go public when I marry someone one day."

George Lucas Releases Missing Star Wars Scene Print
George Lucas, the billionaire Star Wars film director gave fans at the "Star Wars Celebration" convention in California, a screening of a scene removed from "Return of the Jedi."

Inside his creepy communications chamber, Darth Vader attempts to contact Luke and turn him to the dark side of the Force.

As Vader's trademark wheeze fades, the camera moves to a hooded Luke, looking more like Emperor Palpatine than the defender of all things good in a galaxy far, far away.

But before our faith is shattered, we see that Luke is working on building his new lightsaber (something referenced by Vader later in the film).

In the video from the Star Wars convention, the fans go absolutely wild when Luke turns on the lightsaber, but you can see why Lucas originally chose to leave the moment out.

"Return of the Jedi" was a family friendly movie, featuring cuddly Ewoks and PG violence. Making Luke look like the evil Emperor just wouldn't have fit.

Rihanna to Take a Role in the Movie 'Battleship' Print
After winning three Grammys, scoring seven #1 "Billboard" Hot 100 singles, and selling over 5.5 million albums in the U.S., all in only five years, what is left for Rihanna to accomplish?

What about saving the world?

The 22-year-old singer will be making her movie debut in "Battleship," a big-screen adaptation of the Milton Bradley game. She will be joining Taylor Kitsch (TV's "Friday Night Lights") and Alexander Skarsgard ("True Blood") in the sci-fi action flick coming in May, 2012.

According to director Peter Berg, in the movie, the U.S. Navy is up against an invading alien force. The hero (played by Kitsch) is the captain of a destroyer, a 500-foot-long warship, with Skarsgard playing his brother. They are confronted by the alien fleet and must engage in a battle for control of the Earth's seas.
